FOUNDER
Pearlie J. is a proud native of Durham, North Carolina, and the founder of Pearlie J. Enterprises, a trusted name in notarial services and professional administration. With over a decade of experience spanning corporate, government, non-profit, and academic sectors, Pearlie brings a level of precision, professionalism, and care that clients can count on.
A 2015 graduate of a distinguished HBCU, Pearlie earned her degree in Music with a minor in Business Administration. Shortly after, she was selected for a prestigious internship with The Walt Disney Company, where she trained in high-level operations and guest experience—skills that would become foundational to her client-focused approach.
Pearlie’s career includes roles with one of the largest wine and spirits distributors in the U.S., where she gained valuable experience in finance as an AP Analyst. Her drive for excellence led her into County Government, where she served as an Office Assistant in Public Health for three years. In this role, she provided administrative support across five teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, coordinated grant reporting, oversaw course development within learning management systems, and led strategic projects including the establishment of an off-site facility. Her contributions earned her a seat on the department's Perfect Service Committee, showcasing her commitment to operational excellence.
In 2020, Pearlie expanded her service portfolio as an Administrator and Coordinator for one of Durham’s leading churches, while also serving her community through outreach and case management for at-risk youth in her final government role.
By 2021, Pearlie had re-entered the corporate finance sector and began laying the groundwork for her own venture—Pearlie J. Enterprises. Her journey came full circle as she assumed administrative roles in two of the most prestigious academic institutions in the country: the top-ranked nursing school in the U.S., followed by the Chair's Office in the nation's premier school of Pediatrics.
Throughout her career, Pearlie has cultivated expertise in customer service, administration, operations, branding, project management, and event coordination. Her multifaceted background makes her uniquely qualified to offer notarial services with the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.
Beginning in Fall 2025, Pearlie will pursue her MBA at Louisiana State University, further reinforcing her commitment to continuous growth and service excellence.
